That is true, someone can copy my profile picture but you can ask for a PM from this forum to verify.
Funny you should say that since I had one guy try to scam me. He was impersonating user: mmobuyerx using skype name: aiex.xiao56.

As for the price, I've checked multiple thread and they are all selling it $5 or $4.50.
