This guy is sketchy. He claims that he can't gift money because he has a business account and is from Finland. Why would he be from Finland and have a US Navy avatar its as if he's trying to convey him self differently. Also he's just been trading for a week and already has so much rep from a banned person twice and one guy that i've had experience with and who actually tried to scam me. So if i were you i wouldnt trade with this guy until he proves that he cant gift money, I asked him to screen share with me so he could prove that he has no gifting option and he said he wouldn't do that and instead gave me a picture of a picture extremely cropped out that didn't prove that it was him or anything.
