Did you try the troubleshooting in the first post? If so, try uninstalling them and reinstalling.

Try to uninstall vs2015 with this small software. Just follow steps. Then reinstall.

is it just me or do anyone else seem to get wrong coordinates when using copilot?, it thinks im about 20k units away and tries to enter any loading zone back and forth

If you desperatley need a radar, gamehelper has a working version right now, its just a very lite version
