If you have any errors or troubles after installing all drivers for PoeHelper, but it doesn't run, just try to instal any "vitrual audio cabel" drivers to pc, this should help u to fix "dx errors".

Third party software is a pretty common catch-all they use. Were you botting, spam opening instances, doing RMT, or in a guild with people doing RMT? Even using hacks or GGPK edits could trigger it, but I'm not sure they have their anti-cheat enabled to detect that.

its not a third party software its RMT. just say them "i am sorry ((( I won't do it again". after you will be unbanned buy in shop 1 weta. its working 100%, i have 14 of them.

Not 100% for real. I trying ~3 times with unban on site, trying few times on mail system, trying with "sorry i wont do it again" and trying "i dont do anything, why you ban me? pls unban", nothing of this working

TenCent is different and has a more robust anti-cheat. If it were easy to maintain, I would, but I don't have a TenCent account and I don't really have the time to bypass TenProtect.
