I was installing 3 VMs yesterday and had this problem on every one of them.
The problem was solved 3 times after I installed visual studio 2022, WITH ticked ".NET desktop development"

as someone that had this same issue..... THIS FIXES IT!

edit:
restarted my VM and does not work anymore, getting crash error messages.
will try to repair install VS2022 and update post.

Still not working while repair.. but something i noticed is that i am getting crash errors regarding sound channel, will update later if i find anything

Found the issue..
If you are using VM's as me.. (I use Hyper-V). You need to passthrough the sound drivers.. mine is disabled in Simple Session Mode, I Needed to switch to Advanced Session for it to passthrough the sound drivers and remove the Sound driver issue when trying to start PoEHelper Loader.

yea, i was using advanced session in the first place, that's probably why i didn't have problem with sounds

Some how my Loader always be terminate when I start run it.
It just show up Loader icon in taskbar and gone when I put mouse there without any notes or anything.
This start since I reinstall window. I'm using window 10 atm. Anyone can give me any advise?
I already install these stuff
DirectX 9 Redistributable
.NET 6.0 SDK
VC 2015 Redistributable

Waiting Steam version.
This question can feel dumb but anyway. Can we login with steam account in the GGG Standalone version? I never played in that version. Cause i want to use the program but i believe i have to wait a indetermined time and my anxiety is not helping-me. Thanks.

There are log files in the directory you installed the program. Check those for error messages

Try doing what the quote below did, also make sure you got sounddrivers on your VM cause it will cause errors otherwise.

Tried that as well without any luck. As well as reinstalling all prerequisites.

does anyone have any idea on how to get copilot to auto curse anything else than punishment?? when i use custom skill it only casts on itself :/

Awesome thing to have for POE. I just have one question, I play from a laptop. I also have a monitor which is my main screen. when I unplug the monitor, everything is offset to the right, and I don't know how to make it resize to my new monitor. I also use it with a new user in windows, as advised. There is one app that does that for me. How can I make it reload witth new resolution, or where can I do it manually? Thanks and keep it up.
