Tested the latest version which was updated about 3 hours ago. Some plugins work like preload alert, but some don't, like icons on minimaps.

Can confirm it works with the update from ducng99, for you who don't or can't compile it, wait for @Queuete to wake up and approve the push request and recompile it. Shouldn't be long.

just replace the desired code string line in any text editor/
But then you will need to compile the .dll itself, and this requires some skill
