I mean it's now only in Queuete branch and would be updated only by him, right?

Are you able to share what your discord is looking for in terms of sending invites? New to PoE but always a fan of developing off open source resources.

In the first month of the league, you can make good money if you can calculate the correct offset and then sell / use working versions of bots. Tell me, after what time from the start of the league new working offsets appear in the public domain?

Does anyone know is there any way to recognize whether on mouse hover is a walkable terrain or not? In other words is there any way to tell that player can walk where the cursor is?

There is a terrain data plugin. It is not coupled with the current mouse position. As mentioned earlier I dont plan to support bot developement directly, you would need to figure out the details yourself.

This is still in the same state as before, yes.
That means I am the only one with direct push authorization. I encourage everyone to fork the project and contribute with pull requests.

I am not part of the earlier mentioned discord and I am not interested in following the charming request from stfufag.

There are mainly 2 reasons for my attitude towards discord. First of all I dislike discord in general, because of its privacy guidelines which are equal to those of most social networks, which I also avoid when possible.
Furthermore I dont see the point of having a "private discord" to develop a open source project. If someone who wants to contribute has questions about this, feel free to contact me in this thread or via private message. In case that gets out of hand in terms of volume I may look into other communication tools, but thats none of my current concerns.

I am looking to start the league with archmage that need constant mana flask spaming (it's written i should press mana flask 2-3 times per sec).

Can i set up this with Fork?

Discord has rules against anything dealing with hacks and the like. It is arguable if it would apply to something like us, but there have been cases where servers have been deleted for less.

I think even OC's discord server got hit a while back.
