ExileApi (Old POEHUD) Overlay for Path of Exile

For those who can't launch (Close as soon as it's opened) :
Right click on the Zip of the HUD (The one you get from the link in the first post) and Right click > Properties > Unlock, then you can unzip it where you want. Otherwise all the files extracted will be security locked...

Worked for a friend, it's a security from Windows that deny access to files from another PC, once done everything was good for him

Could we get some step by step instructions on how to install this and how to install plugins? It's all over the place, users have to pull their info from a haystack.



Is this the way to install the HUD and plugins?



All I see when I press F12 in game is the autoquit, core and theme editor. Autoquit not even working.

Goddamn I really dont want to have to update to Win10... my win7 install has been riced and is really functional and going through all the trouble of de-lousing a fresh win10 install to make it 'usable' seems like cancer

I'll have to cross my fingers and hope that one day this version of PoeHUD is backwards compatible... ;c

in the meanwhile thanks @sychotix for the current minimal version of poehud, I hope that one will be updated every now and then so that us old win7 users can be thrown a bone.

API Changed. All my plugins updated and collected in 1 repository (old deprecated soon be deleted) for you comfort.
Some dev knew about this changes and prepared their plugins for that. Just wait when plugins will be pushed on git.
Now project more structed for self compile.
If you want develop plugin download ExileApi create Class library project and in ExileApi Solution here ->ExileApi\Plugins\Source\YouPluginName and add Core like reference.
For compile plugins without IDE you should download /Release/ because Roslyn from nuget have older version.
Tried fix win 7 issue but doesnt have tester for that.

In the near future i want write auto update plugins, when you can in 1-3 clicks download plugin what you want.

Q: Why no answer?
A: If I will answer everyone i will never can write any feature for ExileApi.

Q:Hud is crash/freeze
A:For fix that issue i should play, if this rare issue, this is hard fix when you play very small time.

is there any filask plugin that actually works, with speed flasks and defensive ?? I have used buildin plugin from previous hud_api version, but quicksilver did not worked.

Where does ExileApi store all the plugin settings for plugins? I had tried to copy and paste Plugins\Compiled to the new one, but it did not work.

you want a list of what wasn't working? The problem is fixed now but I'll go through the process just in case someone runs into the same issue as me.
I was using stashie, pickit, iconsbuilder, miscinformation, legion, preloadalert and healthbars. I tested it in blood aqueduct but only healthbars worked. I redownloaded, removed "-master" from the source folder and recompiled, still wouldn't work. I went afk after posting the previous message and came back to farm maps and it working despite doing nothing different? I just tested and its laoded in blood aqueducts now so I have no idea how I fixed it. I may have been using QVINEXP too which wasn't compiling and thus I deleted it? perhaps that fixed it.

I have not touched any option, but now I can't see enemies on map/minimap.
When I press F12 I can see the hud options, but I can't see anything on minimap

NO HP bars or anything from HUD working. Just the menu:
