Can anyone advise how to run it with limited user? In WIN10 trying to run PoE as limited user (via Process Explorer) doesn't work as the game immediately exits back to desktop.

Are we talking creating new LOCAL (limited / non-admin) user account and then run PoE from there with PoEhud run as administrator?

There's only a week before the next league and there are a few things I'd like to get done before then. Fixing the Korean version isn't high on my list. I'm guessing since it shares the same servers as the main game the differences will be pretty minimal, though (probably similar to Steam/Garena where there's an extra UI element or two that require InGameState offsets and/or deltas).

The offsets file. I just updated it. No idea if it works, but you can update to the latest and see.

Pushed out a change to PoiTracker to show Legion chests. There might be some additional tweaking to these as the league progresses, but at least it's something to start with.

It depends. Some times I get things fixed quickly and it's only down an hour or so, other times I'm busy or they've changed a lot and it takes longer. I also really like to push at the start of a league, so if a lot has changed, I usually don't take the time to fix it until later.

The biggest problem is there has been A LOT of bloat since the addition of plugins. My hope was I'd create a light version of HUD that would be up much faster and has basic functionality (preloads, item alerts, mob icons, healthbars, etc.), but I haven't taken any time to do that yet.

Yes. If it's missing files, you probably borked your install, start with a clean folder.
