This and every other cheat is "detectable" if they want to/decide to. There hasn't been a big "ban wave" in a long time if that's what you're asking. If you don't want to get an account banned, don't cheat on that account. Running sandboxed or as a separate user isn't any guarantee at all. Most of us run PoEHUD because the game is simply more fun with it or even no fun without it. So we take the risk.

Man, the number of people desperately and impatiently awaiting the update has me feeling like i've been missing out on something game changing with this whole PoeHud thing. I've almost pulled the trigger and given it a go a bunch of times over the past couple leagues, but always end up wussing out over the potential for ban - maybe this is gonna be the league i man up? What "essential" plugins would y'all recommend?

So i get the whole common sense "is bannable, don't use if no want ban 4head' thing, just curious about the ban waves you mentioned ~ how long ago were those last happening? given the tools evident popularity, i'm guessing that realistically bans are pretty uncommon?

i play HC only and its unplayable without :shh:
i died 4 times total now: Two because i'm not used to remove ailments via flasks and two times to gamefreeze due the absence of autologout.
