No reason you couldn't. We all build it with visual studio 2017 as well.

Life component changed. They've been updated thanks to Lachrymatory. exe still needs rebuilt.

I just had to manually delete most plugins from the folder. It will run with BasicFlask, autoopen, clickit, movetostash. At least for me. Basicflask seems to function if you turn off everything except remove ailments. Red dots not disappearing is annoying though.

Built a quick and dirty ahk script to drink all pots every 4 seconds. When a key is held down. It's a decent band-aid until the hud is fixed.

I went ahead and compiled the up to date source for those who want a version up to date with the 3.5.2 patch. Radar works fine as well as flasks.
