you need to start the poe in x64 mode, meaning
you need to start poe go to settings and select direct X 11 from direct X 9.
save and now press 7.

tested with the exe file you send it me, it should be working.
make sure you guys are loading direct x 11 ( x64 bit ) from the options menu in POE.

This program is the only thing that seems to be working for me on DX11 client atm except for full bright. Also why every function is bound on the same key NUM7?

yes, all are binded to same key.
for full-bright to work press ',' and '.' after doing everything u had done before.

Just wanted to add you cant use it when you have broken mouse wheel which happen very often in cheap mouses.
