Same error, and deleting fPoeSmoother folders didn't help. Any suggestions? I literally can't play the game without this program

Try using a VPN for Windows (or any other system you run)

PoeSmoother gets the data it needs to replace in your .ggpk from a distant server which IP address is blocked for some users

• in case of an error, first try this : go to : - C:\Users\YOUR USER\AppData\Local .. and delete all fsmoother directory you see

Use VPN, or reset it if you already use one, disable firewall, change Regional settings, all of them, to US-eng... re-download a new Content.ggpk...

Try another VPN, until smoother is working.. then switch back to your favorite.

Probably you need to delete that Content.ggpk, and download a fresh new one.
