So now developers even see the cheat engine under a LIMITED USER.
So... Cheat Engine is modifying the game's memory. Once you modify the game's memory of a file that the game loads... it doesn't matter if it was done using the limited user method. It MIGHT (the exe name might be suspect) prevent the game from detecting Cheat Engine itself, but it won't protect the game from detecting the actual memory change.

I need to remove "blazing salvo" "volatile dead" "ice spear" "ball lightning"
I was able to remove spark thanks to one of the past vmv posts
But "volatile dead" didn't get deleted after trying

You don't delete them just by adding lines in active_effects :: that list is for KEEPING effects visible.. and there are many of them, for everyones taste.
Without using Libggpk2 .. you can't do anything. I know that the tool run on any OS, just install whatever needs to run correctly. Read the ReadMe from GitHub link.
