    Can it disable sacred ground effects from "gifts from above" ring? also can it remove the shattering affects?
    If it can plz let me know how to do it, im playing on toaster and i want to try CoC build for once.
    Also great tool works perfectly.
    //edit:
    Gore effects havent been removed from skeletons if u check the gore effects in panel.

    First of all thanks for your awesome program, i cant get my SPARK PROJECTILES TO SHOW, i tried different versions, checking all boxes and resetting and resetting normally.

    What should i do?

    EDIT: Had to click remove all particles box and reset settings, working perfect now!

    As a side note, you should download a clean client and keep that for backup and updates, it's useful on occasions like this

    1. - Yes you can, and to do that you need to use the tool and extract the ground effects directory with HOLY ground...into customEffects folder/restoreDefault.
    Then delete everything that has NOT the extension .epk / .aoc. (there will be .ot and .otc files).
    After that, copy the directory to customEffects folder/enableCustom.
    You must follow the same path as it is in restoreDefault, otherwise won't work.

    You should have smth like this:
    - config/customEffects/restoreDefault/Metadata/Effects/Skills/ground_effects/holy....epk&aoc files...
    - config/customEffects/enableCustom/Metadata/Effects/Skills/ground_effects/holy....epk&aoc files...

    Now open all .epk files from customEffects/enableCustom...and delete everything inside. Also, open all .aok files, and where you see SkinMesh, empty the content:

    You can do this with ParticleEffects too.

    Save your work, and just check the customEffects checkbox from the tool. You also can see if it's changing , folowing the same path in the tool and look for any of this files.

    2. - Does skeletons have gore effects w/o any blood ?...didn't noticed.

    Hi, vmv. Thanks for this great tool. (made an account here to post)

    I tried using the disable particle effects option, but noticed that the effects for monster/player Spark(as the spell) are invisible.
    I will add them back in myself, but it seems dangerous to not be able to see any spark effects on the ground. (You can still hear them luckily and know to get back that way).

    Are you talking about ground effects (lightning) ?...or the skill Spark ?
    If you have checked Zero Particles, that could be the problem.
    You shouldn't use that option unless you are very sure on what you are doing.
    All other effects except "ZeroParticles" have no effects on Spark skill or other lightning effects.

    Ah yeah, sorry about that. I figured it out.
    I had the problem with not seeing the check boxes(I don't use Aero theme) and must have hit Zero Particles when trying to get the client to respond.

    Just out of curiosity has anyone ever gotten banned using this? I read all the pages and didn't see anything. I know GGG said this is bannable but are they enforcing that?

    e/ I should rephrase the question to be: Has GGG ever enforced it before? I know there's no protection for tomorrow but in the past has anyone ever gotten banned using this?

    Nope, not yet...nobody got banned so far using the default function that the tool has.
    But yes, they said that is a bannable tool...because anyone with a little bit of knowledge could do some tricks that are considered cheating.
    Anyway, i'm poking around this Client.ggpk for such a long time...and i can't see anything useful to be considered "cheat". Just some small adjustments here and there or some better visual experiences., that's all.
    Who knows, in the future maybe they start banning users, but so far, with the game in such a poor performance, to start banning someone because he wants to play the game better...dunno...looks like a pretty stupid move to me.

    made a report on the github. even after restoring all files to clean ggpk. i downloaded the new zip and when i try to patch the microtransations, it says the file names too long HOWEVER i use xldelete 2and let it scan the entire os and the longest files i deleted, try to patch micros again, nope wont patch them, file name is too long. so what is the deal?... how do i completely fix this the easy way? just redownload the ggpk? or am i looking in the wrong area for the file... even though i thought checking the os was checking everything already

    You can try first to find what is the longest path from Microtransaction tree...and remove only this paths from both micro folders.
    Then get a clean client and try only the micro option.
    I have released a new version for public, v.0.12...you can try that too.
    Don't know anything else, this is not a problem related to the tool.
    I never had this error, and i'm with win 8.1 & win 10.- both x64bit.

    im using win10 64 as well so idk... ill try removing that to see what happens


    edit: its the restore and the applied effect of the perandus weapons (daggers, swords, wands)
    the file path.name is too long and removing them allowed me to patch the game.

    have a feeling this means perandus related mtx will still appear, just hope this doesnt apply to the glow around perandus mobs

    New release: https://github.com/vmv/PoeSmoother/releases

    Added new skills to the default panel

    - default skills have now 3 options: improved, zero effects (literally 0 effects, no sound no nothing, just mobs drop dead around you), and original.
    - added Arctic Breath, Ball Lightning, Blade Vortex, Discharge, Herald Of Ice.

    Takes a lot of time to test this skills , but the important thing is that the folders are there and anyone can change them anytime.

    I suggest that for this new version, it's better to have a new clean client or Reset everything back to default with the old version, before using this!

    I won't release anything new for now, i will try to make perandus mobs less laggy, because they are still disturbing .
    If there are any errors/bugs, please let me know.
