Gotta vouch for the Premium POESmoother, it's incredible.
My VM CPU usage hovers between 35-40% with minimal FPS drops during breaches... it's nuts.
If your serious about optimizing performance, this is a must.

How do I turn off the sounds of hitting the mobs, critical attacks?

I think it's General_SoundEffects.bank from FMOD/Desktop, not sure, could be the other one General_Gameplay.bank.
Anyway, extract the first one somewhere, open it with any notepad, delete everything inside(weird letters), save and than replace it with the tool.
Try both and see.

Hi, first - great work, the checkbox options are great and works wonders 
But I have some problems.. I was trying to improve/change Spectral throw - I located it to Metadata/effects/spells/spectral_weapon_throw...
but when I delete all except (in both aoc files)
version 2
extends "Metadata/Parent"
ClientAnimationController
{
skeleton = "Art/Models/Effects/spectral_weapon_throw_impacts/main/spectralweaponthrow.ast"
}
or leave the brackets empty... I can still see the spell.. Like I removed nothing.. I just cant figure out what is the problem
On the other hand, when I replace skin= with a proper microtransaction effect it will show (with normal blue effect under it as well - did it just to test if I am even changing anything - and it showed that I am)
Any idea how is ti possible thta emptying both aoc files still wont result in no-skill effect in game?

Well, there are no other aoc files than these two in spectral_weapon_throw, I found just fairgraves version, didnt touch it tho and since you wrote in the main page that we should locate all spell files in those folder I dont really know where else to look for it. Any chance you could aim me to the right direction?

You need to change this files too:

Metadata/Particles/spectral_weapon_throw/weapon_effects/large_weapon.epk
Metadata/Particles/spectral_weapon_throw/weapon_effects/small_weapon.epk
Empty .epk and put a 0 to .pet files, then try again.

Thank you! I left some numbers to 0.2 and ended up with weapon effect with no glow what so ever.. which has no impact on my performance and thats even better than removing it totaly

I have one more question how to remove the animation mobs death and animation hit by mobs? I think it would greatly increase performance, because when a large pile of monsters die I get drawdown fps.

Isn't this already done by "remove dead bodies" and "remove gore effects" ?
