wrote a CSharp port according to your program and pypoe, requires .NET 4.5 should already be included starting from win8, all source included in the .rar
if anyone is to use this, you need to:
1. extract everything from Art folder from ggpk with poe smoother
2. take away Art\2DArt , Art\2DItem, Art\Textures\Interface and Art\Textures\masks, they gonna mess up the UI
3. browse/drag input output and temp folders, (make sure you make a new folder for temp coz everything inside will be destroyed )
4. click start and wait (for 2 hours+ if you have a slow laptop like me), using ramdisk for temp folder will save you some time
5. copy the output to \new\Custom\Art of your poe smoother
5b. check trace.log to see if any files failed to resize TWICE, the program will skip those files so those should not be included in the output
6. apply the custom changes with poe smoother
7. run the game and cras.. profit

Instruction: extract into new/Custom/Art and use "custom" checkbox in the tool
Also if you want to remove particles but don't wanna do it manually or pay for private version every patch you can use this tool: poeNullParticles
Making exceptions is also possible if you want to see something in particular (no pun intended)

- added an option to remove all particles from the game with just one click, (i have used poeNullParticles to set all files to 0, a lot of them... ).

There are two separated folders in config folder, one with original game files "restoreParticles" and that should not be touched, and another one with all files set to 0 value .."replaceParticles" .
The good part of this is that if you want to have your skill untouched, just go to "replaceParticles"..and delete the folder that contains your skill/effect you want to see in game...or any other effects.
All other options are still available ofc, and i already removed them from "replaceParticles", to have them separately.

Also i have added the poeNullParticle.exe inside the config folder...just in case someone need it.

Probably bc OP want to make money from other people work. Lots of people do that they take open source programs, modify it and make it paid (feelsbadman). Not to mention the price for the premium poe smoother is absurd. Ofc for best experience and NOT wasting unnecessary money we can always use poeNullParticles which is free and does the same job.

Editing ggpk files is tedious af and very time consuming, if you don't want to break anything and not to remove some crucial effect. Now I don't know what the quality of paid smoother features is, but I'm not really surprised at the price after massively tweaking the files myself every league. And then patches often break those tweaks and you need to do them from scratch.

3.parsing and move downloaded extracted file poe texture in poe smoother. Replace files "YES"
