For Ball Lightning pretty sure it's Metadata\Effects\Spells\lightning_orb. Check lightning_bolt.aoc and lightning_orb_orb.aoc files.

For the magma orb I don't use it but quick search of the thread told me Magma Orb is called fire_mortar. I've also found magma_orb_02 so I'd check that one.

Firestorm is probably called exactly that, I'll go check. Edit: Yeah, it's there.

And ye, all the files should be Metadata/Effects/Spells, unless you want to change particles without completely removing them, but they will have their particle files locations in .aoc files.

I want them completly gone from game as effect do i open aoc files and delete everytihng inside ?

There's very good guide on the first page on how to tweak or remove effects. Just quick note, that removing everything will crash your game. You only really want to remove lines between some brackets. Also never touch BoneGroups section, you will crash for sure on starting game.

Could someone tell me how to remove the water effect on pretty much all of the game?
It 's the only thing fucking my performance, especially when i enter the "Pools of restoration" Incursion room.

Other than that, fucking hell this program is effective, TYVM for releasing a version that we can use for free.
