PoE Autoflask & AutoScript, Improvements and updates.

Sadly took me a couple hours to figure out why it wasnt working... GGG simply changed the encoding of production_Config.ini from ANSI to UTF-8 and the line of code which this program runs to read the INI file is designed to always assume ANSI encoding.

So, all you have to do to repair this program is
1. open up your "production_Config.ini" file with notepad (mine is located in C:\Users\Ryan\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile)
2. Click on the File menu and select Save As
3. Set encoding to ANSI.
4. Set "Save as type" to "All Files"
5. Click save.

TL;DR
Make your save as window in Notepad look exactly like this

ah ok, that must mean that it will revert this fix every time you launch PoE. Well I'll just make a fix to the code then to support UTF8 somehow and post in here in a few.

am I the only one having problems running this with bcz fix and https://github.com/badplayerr/beta-autopot script? It just doesn't work for me even if I do this while my game is open

UPDATE ON 07/10/2015

Change Logs:

1. Changed production file reading to work on last version.

2. Changed global offsets to patch 2.0.0, thanks to badplayer who kept updating on beta.
