Also, as a side note, I had another member here hook me up with a maphack (and the source for it) and he had to tweak it for it to work for non-steam because his offsets were for steam. So I specifically have reason to believe a map hack would take some extra TLC to get working for the steam version.

There is no "might be or might not", there are structural differences. The offsets on specific things are pushed back because of Steam. To maintain both is a pain.

I can't say anything for him, but my version hasn't been updated for 2.4.0+. I wouldn't share it anyway, as he gave it to me in confidence (and also as a thanks for maintaining HUD).

downloaded PoE non-steam version only to find out that 2.4.0g is out, meaning this won't work. Looks like nature doesn't want me to run this maphack.
anyway, Xiaedenn it would be great if you can update it for 2.4.0g.
