I am also having this issue.

I have not fixed this issue still facing it, I even installed it directly from GGG instead of steam and still the same issue.

I even get the menu to popup and everything but it says there "GAME Not Running" so might be something to do with that, hopefully someone can help us.

poe2 exile is paid now, 50$/league. Go to poe2 branch. This is poe1 only

Same error here, I was hoping it was due to a windows update. Rolled those back to 3-4 days ago, and the issue persists.

Same problem here however it still seems to be working on my windows 10 system but not on my windows 11 system... was working just fine earlier today and suddenly "game not detected". I'm not sure what changed.
