Also my loader keeps freezing from time to time, health bars and minimap icons desync, etc

I definitely updated it all! The only thing not working is the memory maps. Any ideas?

If it's still not functioning after this update, I recommend deleting the Radar plugin from the plugins folder (in Temp, Source, and Compiled if it's in each) then redownloading. It sounds like there might be an issue where you're using an old version of Radar somehow, because that issue was fixed for me the radar update immediately following the 3.26 release.
