I finished a couple of Castle runs with a friend and I can confirm the CW High Vizier set is still bugged. Looks like they only fixed the Guardian version.

I got the chest piece drop from a T2 delve event. Had to camp the AH for the other pieces.

i just bought it and couldnt get it to work i have managed to stack up the "debuff" but its actually incresing the enemys defense

huh, and you are not hitting for insane amounts? I think it only happens on crits?

with 6 stacks of the debuff ( the highest amount i managed to stack my crits did for half of his usual damage

yeah dunno backdoor said he did a couple of castle runs but the servers were down.
so he hhas done "a couple of runs" in 45 min ?

mmm. we are talking about the high vizier set, yes? And did you try to attack tier2/castle never monsters? Or what did you attack?

yeah the highh vizier set i tried it on target dummys in pvp area, cloak tower and pirate lair normal version. Not in castle never

Target dummies does not count, they got like 0 defense and does not do well for testing. You should try Epic Tier 2s/castle never, to see if it works.
