And really, if you just don't know how to get to Noble District you're probably pretty far from the required level for this.

Found a way to kill the caster boss. If you run out of her room and to the right down the hall. There is a barrel in the middle of this hallway, wait around the corner till the boss is right in front of the barrel and go explode it. It will get her down to 14-28%. From there you actually have to kill her. So stuns and heals.

You can continue to bring him to the barrels down by the first boss to finish him off. But, as the OP said, the only boss worth doing is the first boss (the melee one, name escapes me ATM) because he takes 1 min a run.
