To my very simple Minecraft SMP exploit that you can use to grief the crap out of any server that doesn't have inventory / block placement detection

This "Hack" which is a basic memory edit will allow you to change any type of block into any other, providing you know the hex codes for the block you want.

Lets get started:

Access to Minecraft SMP

Doesnt work in beta due to the fact that ALL servers have serverside inventory

also that vid is like suuper outdated since you can see that its from Alpha

First of all i've tested this multiple times since beta its still working aslong as the server doesn't have the patch from the SMP section of the forums that instabans for illegal blocks.

Secondly, its actually not server side as you can see it works from the video, it has me logging into an SMP server and clearly shows me with bedrock.

Third, test it yourself instead of bashing a legitimate post, it does work.

I can confirm that this DOES NOT work. I have been doing this since Alpha and as soon as Beta was released it stopped working. Your 2nd statement is completely irrelevant because it clearly shows that you were playing on Alpha so of course it would work back then. Now if you want to prove me wrong how about you make a video that is not filmed on an outdated version of Minecraft?
