figured i would report back regardless. Cant get RunAsDate or Timestopper to get this to work on a 64bit os. The apps work, but doesn't trick it into thinking that you still have time. Regardless, nice find!

i dont think it breaks all the hacks, its just that the client has a different name so all the current hacks dont know how to attach to it. its WARtest.exe, instead of WAR.exe

OK guys, I figured out how the program is determining your time and how to clear it. it will require deleting 2 registry settings that it adds to your PC, and its unique to everyone computer. I can write a little something to explain what needs to be done if people want but if you don't know your way around computers it might be a bit difficult.

I have tested this method on 2 PC's and it works great.

Try /script SetSpeed(5) with the dll... i think i put all available hacks into the dll already. you just need to define macros and put them in the action bar to have them clickable.

Holy crap, it works if you make a macro and put in quickbar? HOLY CRAP. If so you just made the WARper less useful. Lol.

Edit: now just have someone create an addon that has buttons to use HansW dll ...

    open warhammer
    log in
    inject hans' DLL
    in-game, press ESC
    click macros
make a macro with any command(s) you'd use in the lua shell
    (i.e. /script SetSpeed(5) )
drag the icon out to your bar and anytime you want to execute that script press the macro

Thanks but that's how to create a macro button... I was thinking an actual addon.

What's the point in someone creating an addon that makes buttons that use HansW's DLL commands? You can make your own macros that use the DLL and completely bypass that need for the addon. Maybe I'm missing the point...

Well addon would create a window that you can move around, instead of relying on the quickbar and it won't use up quickbar slots.

I am on 64bit Vista so I could not get any of the programs to work so I found out the lame trial protection they were using in the registry and deleted it.

For those of you who had the same problem as I did; here is a simple .reg file that will delete warbuddy's entries in the registry for you whenever you go over the trial limit.

    Code:
    REGEDIT4

    [-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Enigma Protector]
    [-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\EnigmaDevelopers]
Copy into a text file then rename it with a .reg extension i.e. "war.reg".

    +Rep if its useful, thanks.

I think they are smarter than that (relying on registry).
If not, then hey, good for us.
