u have to create one on support web site

and u can still log in on gw website with your game account

The customer support team will be sending out responses for approved appeals.
However, note that they're not actually converting permanent bans to 72-hour suspensions. Instead, for this case, they'll wait until 72 hours have passed and then lift the ban.

i allready have an support account but cant login( iam sure i know my pw^^) and pw reset from the support hp wont work...

also creating an new acc wont work bec u can only have 1 acc with the same email...

don't know about that... it could be 72h from we got banned, 72h from they approve your own ticket, or 72h from when they approve all the tickets.

Exacly, one of my accounts got hacked, 2nd is perman banned, no response for 2 days on both tickets.

Well i got 1 answer, the typical "swear that you delete your items!!!" i already did that in my 1 ticket but okay i just did it again.
And since then no answer :/
