I still don't get the logic here.

So basicly you get a merciful lower on ban that is in fact their fault. Considering even the karma cost of 2k lvl 80 weapons you still spent more to get a better lvl 80 exotic not to mention for it to have good stats. Still player using that "exploit" aren't even warned.
Chilly peppers "exploit" given you much higher karma:gold conversion and no one get banned except Kripparian.

Soon people will get perma banned for getting too much gold from Trading Post.

Imho this should end in cort, also with not informing people about accusations and way to redem themselves just blocking their access aka not keeping their part of deal (keep in mind that in any cort EUA or ToS aren't considered as they are genneral customer laws way above it).

You should submit only one ticket. Once you have done so, we will lower your ban to 72 hours..."
This means you need to get in touch, agree to the terms, and when that is processed, your ban will be converted to 72 hours. It absolutely does not mean that you will submit a ticket and immediately be reinstated.

Just to update everyone, my appeal has been changed to "Approved" however when I attempt to log in it still tells me I am permanently banned, NOT 72 hour ban.

I got perm banned too, then got an email that they had created a support login, so i could login and check the status. Still no response to my ban though. Getting annoyed!
