Patched; ogres cant die and just finish the waves. Makes the whole point of defending the event useless if you win either way.

Well what's the respawn now though? If the waves get beaten and finishes the event, how long till respawn?

Does not seem to be working any more. One the wave event spawns. Been here for about 25 mins. so far just the one has spawned, and you CAN'T fail it lol. Oh well

the key is u HAVE TO LOSE those waves!
otherwise the other events wont show up

tested it the last 2 days
first day they were 5+ people doing this event and nothing happens 2h long ... only this event over and over with looong downtime

today i tested it again
luckily i was alone with a friend
so we have done this event until wave 3 (to be sure we get gold), then we leave the eventarea and just wait until those npc die and the event will fail
after this all the other events shown up

so tell those idiots around , they need to fail this event to get more XP from all other events following

how do you get to iron marches? is there a gate?

the waypoint right to it (ascalon city)
then just north

I've tried to explain to the maps that i'm on certain DEs, if failed spawn another DE, but the stupidity of GW2 players is astounding.

They like the slow leveling.

dunno how often the events starts where u have to survive 10 rounds of attacking
but i guess its around 20k xp/hour
u can easily raise this up, if u fail on this event
maybe up to 60k+xp/h

so i leveled in wvwvw... but they fixed the escorts now, so u need to find something else

it was working nice if people listen, and doing it solo in low pop servers is too slow solo, need a few people to pump threw with.

My server is full of a bunch of completely arrogant unreasonable people.

I've explained politely them how this works.

They have responded with.
"I hope you die"
"You're an exploiter"
"I just want to finish the quest"
Or a million other excuses.

Too bad for people's lack of intelligence.
