Cancelled order. I've ordered twice for the same amount for them and they went without a hitch. The first time they wanted a screenshot of the transaction from Paypal with the partial banking number present. The second time they said I didn't need to resubmit it because he could already see that I sent it. The third time, they wanted a copy of my ID.

No disputes have been opened for the past transactions. They have their money and I have my gold.

Maybe I'm being paranoid about the whole thing, but a.) why is what I submitted the first time suddenly not enough and b.) why wasn't this asked for the very first time I ordered? Also, your website (**********) says you do verbal confirmations via phone -- none of this ID/paypal screenshot stuff.
