Level 80 Thief with around 450 GOLD!!!!

I'm looking for around $900 for the account which includes a level 80 thief with what should be 450 or more after I finish selling a few more items. He has over 420 gold on him right now. It's a CE account. The account has abyss and celestial dyes, along with around 150 other random dyes. All backpack slots unlocked. And three additional bank slots unlocked. He has the vial of liquid flame recipe learned for the legendary dagger.

I don't know much about transferring GW2 accounts but I do know I am done playing. I was planning on selling the 450 gold outright but with how ban happy anet has been, I think selling the account with all the gold on it would be the safest method. I am willing to spend an entire day making this trade if needed to ensure both parties are very secure. I just want to get it sold, with no chances of me being scammed. For this reason I believe paypal isn't an option. I am open to other payment methods and will go extremely out of my way to make the buyer feel secure.

Mostly buy low sell high, also buy low salvage and sell. Now that the market has settled there isn't much profit left to be made.
