    For Mining/Botany - 4/5
    Good
    - works well if the path is correct.
    - efficient if the path is correct.
    - pretty much the only thing out there.
    Bad
    - path has to be correct or it gets stuck
    - cannot use stealth on demand. (have to keep it on)
    - nowadays people just use predefined script. So many people run the same "25-50 Uninterrupted" path. Very easy to spot these bots.

    also, Grinding XP for Chocobo is pretty good with viper.

    On your forums theres people complaining about this even providing screenshots of the patrol and the route the bot is doing instead of following the mesh system. The 2-3 foot accuracy isn't correct. I don't know whats the distance between the auto-add mesh points but the thresold you're talking about on the route has a higher value than the distance between the two mesh path points.

    If you have A-B-C-D-E, it never reaches any point at all, it goes to C before reaching B, it goes to D before reaching C, etc. All you need to do is a circular path and you will easily see this. Or do I need to make a video to explain this?

    Basically what you're saying to fix this is making patrols that do bigger corners instead of taking the shorter path, because if you make a path with a shorter path the bot will try to shorten it even more and will hit obstacles. Once again all I see on this bot is mending the bugs, not fixing them.

    There is a problem with gathering that involves monster agro. Instead of being smart and adding Stealth when there was a monster on a certain radius distance(a function that keeps detecting nearby agressive monsters on a certain range and cast an ability when you enter that range and de-cast it when you're out of it), you go on the easy side and just run to an hotspot when you have the agro.

    Instead of fixing problems you're avoiding them wether because you have no idea what you're doing or you just don't care at all since you already have your money.

    After 1 week all you can do is having a permanent check if your HP is less than X and we have agro run to A? Genius.

    So what I'm doing as a costumer is advising other people who might be interested on buying your bot. If you were confident about your bot you would have a trial into it. Good bots have trials because they are the ones who attract people into buying the bot.

    Your way of attracting people into your bot is releasing, yet full of bugs, so it is the only bot on the market.

    What the bot really needs is a better tutorial. If you can put 2.9849 x Pi together, you can figure it out, but 2+2 doesn't seem to cut it.

    A is the starting point of your patrol. It is 30 meters away from B. If you're gathering at B, you'll move to C when you finish. You'll move to C no matter what because that is the next hotspot in your patrol. If there is a mob or node there, the bot will do its job. However, if something pops up at A while you're doing your business at B and your radius is set to 30, the bot will detect it and set it's next destination to A. You'll run right past C and D, regardless of any targets you need being there, and attack/gather A. If you set your radius to 29 or lower, the bot will stop looking at A until the next time you get within 29 meters of it.

    Exactly what sol82 said. Increase your targeting range, or lower it depending on what you are really trying to accomplish.

    In the above example, the distance from A to B was 30 in game units.. and your targeting range was say 5. It would only look 5 units away from A for any harvesting nodes. If it doesn't find any, it will move on to B. Now in the same example, if you had the targeting range set to say 100, it will look 100 units away from A for nodes. Lets say it found one at C, the bot would travel to C and start harvesting.

    So it really depends on what you are trying to accomplish. If you DO NOT want it to travel to C to harvest but ONLY harvest around A, set the targeting range to a lower number.

    Maybe I need to make a video... Or maybe you can try adding in some navigation mesh where it may be needed to stop whatever you are hitting and causing you problems. To be honest, in the days that you have been posting about your one issue, I and others have already gone 10 levels. I just went from 25-35 last night. Maybe try downloading one of those so called "25-50 Uninterrupted" paths, and come back.

    Stealth is coming. Along with more planned features. The bot has only been out just over a week. And it is already 100% better than it was at release. Just wait til another week has passed!

    I know it must seem like your mission to keep as many people away from Viper as you can, dunno why, but just seems that way. Too many other people are very happily botting away.

    My mission is not to keep people away from Viper, my mission is to show them how bad viper is.

    And i'm not talking about waypoints I'm talking about Navmesh points, it skips the point before it even reaches it and starts heading to the next one. So basically as long as you are within a range of a navmesh point it considers you're on the navmesh point so it starts heading to the next one.

    I think we now have full gathering paths from 0-50 for both mining and botany.

    Not yet, I'm not level 25 yet, once I hit it, I will add that in. As fast as fishing levels up, that should be later today. I'll add it in hopefully this weekend.

    How exactly does this bot work, and how detectable is it from SE's end? Obviously anyone worth their salt could probably tell from looking at you, but as long as you're at the keyboard listening for tells being sent to you they have nothing on you I'd imagine? Is there anything that taps into SE's resources that SE could pick up on or is everything done client side? Last question how much is this, is it a one time payment only, and how does one obtain this program? Thanks in advance.

    Wow where to begin. Well if you watch the bot from a second computer, it looks pretty normal playing. This depends greatly on your patrol you setup or download, however. Some are better than others. SE has never put anything into any of their games that detect bots. They pretty much rely on player reports. And mainly ban gold sellers. You can signup and pricing is over at MMOViper Signup Download is there too.

    The bot obviously does some memory reading, but I highly doubt it injects anything. It just essentially finds the FFXIV window and sends the mapped windows keys too it - emulating a normal person's keypresses. Thankfully, the way that ffxiv is set up in terms of gathering, there are only so many static places nodes spawn, all within a small area of one another. Basically, you look like a normal person following the same paths because thats how the game manages it. If you were using a teleport bot, well that would be a different story.

    I got it last night to test out, and i will say it works pretty good for the most part once you get an understanding on how to make paths. However, few negatives i've seen so far:

    1-I can't/haven't figured out how to cast a pre-mining buff at a node within the bot itself. Obviously you can use a third party program to map multiple keystrokes...but this isn't ideal.

    2-Can't sprint between nodes.

    Overall it's a pretty decent gathering bot.

    whats the eta on the fate bot and is it just going to be a stadn still wait for fate to spawn bot or is it going to patrol for fates if thats even possible?
