Not really much to do with progress on how to use the mail dupe but an interesting read...and more confirmation it exists.

Anyone get anything significant so far? I've not managed to get it yet... Send me PM's of your testing so far so i don't have to run though the same things if they don't work.
Like i said in another thread-
Hireling mail is character specific, so I imagine it would work almost exactly the same. However most mail I know of, even if sent to a player name, will show up on other characters and isn't toon specific. Which IMO is probablly the big deal breaker that needs to be figured out. I don't think it has anything to do with delay or lag.
I've been messing with it, CoD's, Guild store purchases, returns, regular sent mail. The thing is there is 100's of varations it could be done in.
Has anyone tried mailing to someone, then deleting the character, or returning to a deleted character? Perhaps sending to someone then having him delete it before logging on, I mean I could literally sit here and think of 1000's of ways to break the system I just need to sleep and can't test any further.
I think the key is getting a mail to somehow be linked to that character, but I'm just guessing at this point like everyone else.
willing to try this , PM me i'm on the EU side
interesting, I had a friend send me mail once and I got it twice. maybe it has something to do with clicking send fast enough? I am afraid to test, I don't want to be banned.
the sending of mail withauto clicker doesn't dupe any items, and when done with gold it typically sends it more than once but it takes the gold from you so. that's not what it is
Well... if you know how to do it why dont you just post some tips to get it working![]()
has anyone tried posting something on a guild store at a price no one will pay or that a duper would recognize and leave alone? and then doing the hireling trick when expecting the item to expire and be returned to the character? and maybe trying it using multiple characters, seeing if they'd each get the item? I haven't auctioned anything yet, but I assume you get a mail if the item doesn't sell?
Can you at least confirm whether you need 2 players? I assume so, but..
The hireling mail dupe has been fixed as of today
Sucks that this was moved to general discussion.. Anyways, what about trying the following.
Put item / gold in mail.
Disconnect Net
While your net is off, get a auto clicker and spam send
Re-connect Net within a few seconds of turning it off
See if they received multiple mails.
Or..
Send item with COD to someone.
Get them to Disconnect Net
Refuse item with auto clicker tons of times
Now it can go 2 ways
Option one
Reconnect net.
See if they received more than one back.
Option Two
Before refusing the item, make sure the sender of the item logs out and uses the hireling dupe bug to see if you receive more than one mail by alt f4ing loading screen.
No idea if any of this would work, but worth a try.![]()
Got banned, but from what I've gathered, the mail works the same as hirelings : person 1 sends mail while person 2 logs in ; person 2 ALT+F4. Person then has double mail. Let me know if it works.
