Rogue 90 on a unmerged account or with a last name changed

It is not possible to have a lvl 90 and still be unmerged. Blizz forced you to create a bnet account sometime back in WotLK, so anything after that date will be on a merged account.

For an unmerged account the highest level you can have is... Level 70? or maybe 80 it was a long time ago (2009 or something? I completely forget) but like Cukiemunster said, it's not possible for a level 90 unmerged.
