I am the original owner and the account is in good standing. Never banned or infracted. I do not have physical CD keys as everything was digitally purchased. I will give security question and answer and all other relevant information. Serious buyers only, please no time wasters.

The account has gametime till March 2013 (which is when the annual pass ends) so basically you get free Diablo 3 with it. The account also has the Mists of Pandaria expansion and battletag can still be changed.
