The first thing he trys is that u Pay with WESTER UNION do NOT pay with this Service, u are NOT protected in any case.

He NEVER accept paypal because of the charge back method

Not to rain on your parade but I believe this is the wrong section to be posting about this kind of stuff. Another thing you may want to do is upload the logs you are talking about. If he did in fact scam you, this will be your method of getting him perma banned from this website. Without any proper proof, nothing can be done.
