I can personally testify for ToonVendor's legitimacy based on past business as well as the work we still do with each other. I have not purchased this specific service for any of my World of Warcraft accounts yet so I cannot comment on it, however, I have dealt with ToonVendor dozens of times and I have only positive things to say about each of our previous encounters!
