Krisern is a scammer, never trust this guy, he traded his paladin for my mage, it went smooth, he looked as a nice person, but after like 3 weeks he retrieved his account so I lost my mage

Post proof and get him banned, there's no point saying he scammed you unless you can prove it. :/


Try to retrieve your mage? make tickets, etc. They can revert all transfers, so if you're the original owner, you can still retrieve it.
