All of our routines are pretty spot on. If it is not perfect, then we take customer feedback very serious and have a ticketing system to get the valuable information that you hold within your grasps and ask that you submit the information over to us via our ticketing system. This allows for us to be able to make the adjustments required to ensure that we are getting the parses that our end users want, enjoyment out of the rotation, and etc. The other thing as well is that our stuff will work hand in hand with 64 bit WoW, which means that you're going to get better performance vs. that of a 32 bit client using HB for example. It's going to perform top notch, you don't have to worry about being caught and etc., as we have 0 ban reports as a result of our program. Our program does not move for you and still allows you have to complete control of the game. In-game interface options are available vs. having a program running outside of the game that you have to pull up and etc. Everything is adjustable within the game itself. I say give it a go and I think you would be very pleased. We also have our own forums that has a lot of good information available. We are also the only program like this out that provides live chat support via Skype. I think that speaks volumes itself as to how customer oriented we are.

So I have no idea what the hell is going on. I just bought the 30 days premium subscription, but the key is invalid, and when trying to log in to the website, it says my username and password is wrong, and upon trying to resend login credentials, they 'cannot be found (and these are 100% correct because I still have the activation email, so it tells me exactly how my username and email are; please don't tell me to double check I typed it in correctly). This means I cannot even ask on your forums for help because apparently my account does not exist. Would appreciate a PM asap to sort this out.

Please contact me directly via Skype @ SoapboxSupport to get this resolved for you quickly. Your account on the forums does not exist, because you have to register. They are two separate log ins.

^ Not trusting this guy. Also, for some reason the key seems to work now, so I guess it must take a little to activate. However, after clicking activate I now get the error that "the system cannot find the file specified". Any ideas what that means?
