Check out PQR and PE for strict rotation bots.

You can use HB for movement and picking up quest items etc, and leave the rotation for those addons.

They're not outdated at all. They are both updated continously, and there is tons of community profiles that updates frequently for new patches etc.

Also, moving this thread to trade forums, since you're trying to buy profiles. Only free stuff is allowed in bots/program section
