I just purchased 0-2400 from ChefRBG and are now waiting to get my boost.

The first time I used their service it went fine. I then purchased 50 games and it seemed to be going good until two weeks ago. I have sat at needing 9 more wins to get my 50 for two weeks now. Every time I am told there is a problem and don't worry I will be put at the "top of the list" for a group invite. Well I have been waiting two weeks to get these last 9 wins. If you talked to me two weeks ago I would have recommended their service. Today I would say look elsewhere. If I do not get them soon I will try contacting Paypal to get a partial refund.

just an update. seems the issue was mine. seems I was holding up my invites as the toons name didnt match the one I originally placed the order with.

i've been having the same issue. i contact one of the reps via website chat, then via skype at their request (so we don't have to deal with chat timeouts), and get told everything is fine and that i'll be invited to group. i've been trying to finish the last 8 of my games for the past month or so, and every time it goes the same. talk to the person for about 30 minutes, then they stop replying. i also properly filled out the form so the character name isn't the issue.

this is really saddening, considering my first purchase with Chef went so smoothly.

to clarify, i was told of no issues other than one day when the MMR of their boost teams were reset, but other than that i haven't been informed of any issue, and the official skype of Chefrbg never seems to be online, only the reps. i've spent atleast 7 days in july alone sitting for 6+ hours awaiting an invite that never came.

Now one of them is offline one have not accepted my quest and one is just online and not talking back.
