They ban your account + the account you transferred from. That would be too much of a loss for me to try, afaik they ALWAYS check transfer history if you ask for such things.

make ticket first, up load your id. and i hope your surname on new account matches the old account, BUT has your full name in it now. Firstname "your full first and surname" Surname"old account"
then ring them man. and tell them you made a mistake when creating the account/or it was your nick name.. and couldnt change it. they will ask for id. tell them its in your ticket. just say that. dont say anything else. dont tell them notting else only that!.

you wont get banned. as long as things match. apart from the surname. and they dont go deep into details. you will be fine, keep it simple!.
i did this 3 times myself man, each time i did it i was worried did i waste my money on all this. but i kept my phone calls very simple. they never probed or checked my history. they only checked if my id matched. and listened too my explanation about the wrong surname.

Marriage.

well it wont matter what sex it is when you make a new account with your name and the old surname. theres gona be no way of knowing if its male or female, unless you give blizzard a real reason too go deep into the account. and look at another account history.

your basically just making a new account with yours and old surname in it. and bluffing the phone call. thats it. there is a chance something bad can happen. but thats a risk you have too take., and its not happened too me or my friends yet. maybe were jsut lucky or each time i called blizzard i got someone that was lazy.
