I got banned 2 weeks ago and tried sending blizzard a mail regarding the ban to unban me and it did not work. Will that make any difference for you trying to unban it? Like, is there a less chance of getting unbanned now? How long is the un-ban process usually?

Proceed with caution when dealing with this person.
His unban rate is very low, he is slow and he will NOT refund you. He claims his unban rate is at 90% but its more like 20-30%.
I will post a log of the conversation I had with him yesterday when I tried to buy his service in bulk for 8 accounts. Please judge for yourselves.
Another thing he did, was take money from other people and then blackmailed them to post positive comments in order to give them refunds, his service didnt work for those people.

Oh forget it, I'll write what happened with me I had pretty much the same issue like the previous guy just that It was 5 accounts with me and I paid 40 $ upfront since I was satisfied with his services the first time I used him (he didn't unban my account but he was nice and seemed good). So after I paid him I had to basicly BEG him for the next 6 days to look into my issue eventually I couldn't stand him anymore and I asked for a refund (he gave me only one letter and I used it only on one of my accounts). Since I got service only for one of my accounts I asked for a refund only for the accounts which didn't receive any of his services after 3 hours of long arguing I told him that either he will refund me and I will write a good post about him or he will not refund me and I will take a big sh!t in here.. We finally agreed that I will write the lies that were in my previous post and he will refund me 20$, so we did. I don't recommend him, in fact I don't recommend any of this unban services that are going on here, they will do nothing different that you would, so my advice is just take ur chances guys.

Btw, is your business going so well that for the past 2-3 weeks you increased your price from 7$ to 15 $?
