I added you on skype. No reply yet. My account is not banned, however it is warned for abusing promotions (RAF). Therefore they excluded me from the annual pass promotion which is what I want.
Is it possible to remove the annual pass restriction from my account? Either reply here or add me on skype.

You guys realize there's a free version of this Unban "service" right? Someone posted a really well detailed PDF file about how to get yourself unbanned. It was posted under the general section if i remember correctly.

Might wanna take a look at that before throwing your 10$. The PDF file tells you exactly what to do and gives you an already made template to use (letter) to send to blizzard.

We're all aware of this.

Most of my customers have already tried this, and it didn't work.
