Just a heads up, this service will most likely not work if your account got permabanned during the wave in December.

Blizzard will ignore the first few 3-4 tickets by copy-pasting replies, and making them as resolved.

Then by ticket 4-5 they bypass the ticket system and send you a direct email saying it's all over, and a friendly threat:

Please note, further tickets relating to this issue will be considered [abuse of the ticket system] and could result in action being taken on your battle.net & other games as a result.

I paid for this service to get my old account back, since that isn't happening I'll move on to different game. I have no intention of getting a new account for the foreseeable future, but it was my own fault for botting on my primary account, I knew the risk and took it

EDIT: To add, Sephi was helpful on how to get things done. Since it's the holiday season it took a few days to get replies, other than that it looks like Blizzard made their mind and refuse to budge. Quite frustrating considering a lot of others only got 6 months.

Hey i was banned on the MMO Wakfu, for use a bug in game due to an update, but i never modify folders or use 3rd party logciel. I have spent lot of money and time in this game.
I got perma banned just for that never get ban or sanctions before.

Hey i recently had a account lost somehow. One day i tried to login to it and it said. Account no longer exist. Then they said they found the account for me. But will need a id photo scan or goverment id etc. And that i would have to talk to them through webchat support. If you can help me with a way around that i would buy the premium. Cause it was on a account i bought. But i never did get the id photo. It was the first time i bought a account.

Have not gotten a response in almost 24h, but i've so far received one letter, sadly i did not get unbanned with that one, but i have 19 more and currently awaiting another one from Seph. The letter is very well written and i think he will succeed in helping me unbanning my account, atleast i hope so

Paid for Premium service, 3 Tickets in, tickets were well written, but Blizzard just permanently banned my account vs my original 6 month suspension for third party software.
Stayed permabanned.

He offered to continue his service on my new account.
Blizzard threw down the banhammer unusually quickly.
Happy with the service, displeased with the result.
