Yea, the whole "you shouldn't have contacted a GM" excuse is really old. It happened to some people that haven't contacted a GM. Maybe it's due to the beta invites or something, who knows. Another weird thing is that some people are losing the annual pass and others are not. I just logged in and re-entered my credit card and everything is back to normal on my account. Only difference is that I have to pay for the time now....I can live with that. I'll just consider this a failed experiment.
