If your gametime got removed becasue you opened a ticket about gametime its your own fault. I have a warning on my first post its your responsibility to read it.

Yes, i opened a ticket because of a problem with credit card linked to account. So they looked into payment and removed my gametime.
My bad
On my other account, no problem since november

Edit : All gametime re-credited on my account.

I got the Annual pass from pr3cious too and it worked quite fine, i finally got the beta invite today, it was a lot of people in line, atleast 1 million sign ups for annual pass IN THE WEST ALONE according to blizzard [link below], and now only 100k of those people got invited to beta, the second link explains why (response from blizzard).
