Bought 15,000 Gold about 20-40 minutes ago. Waiting on the gold, I have the I'm online page open. When I receive my gold (or don't for that matter) I will update this post with my thoughts on the service.

Update 1: I stayed up for about 3-4 hours before I just said "F*** it" and went to bed. At that time I had no replies to my email or ingame and had not recieved my gold. I just woke up and I had an email asking for a photo of my photo ID and so I sent it a minute ago.
