Bought from his HexPay website and did not recieve a real account. I checked it on gmail and it did not acknowledge it was even a existing gmail account. Will be disputing a chargeback.

Bought the account yesterday and was sent wrong info. The email wasn't even registered. Messaged him on skype and he said his senior would come and solve the problem within few hours. Haven't heard back from him since then. Will be charging back if I don't receive the account soon.
