How much would it cost to get enought emblems or stone keeper shards for a heirloom weapon? i know that i have neither of each because i bought the heirloom chest and shoulders

Quick update:
I hired Pukka a couple of days ago, he did his leveling up to level 70 today.
He went offline (MSN) so I logged on my char real quick to see it in EOTS, it just died and he didn't log back in. I'm quite sure he's botting and he should've told me that earlier.
I'm gonna ask him some questions when he gets back on
